Ingredients/Components
- parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- celery seed
- celery salt
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- dried green pepper - 1 tsp
- to 6 half chicken breasts - 4 item
- small amount of butter or margarine, melted - 1 item
- water and 4 bouillon cubes - 2 cans
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Salt and pepper chicken. Brush with margarine. Place in flat casserole and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Remove chicken. In casserole, place remaining ingredients, mixed. Place chicken on top. Cover. Bake at 350° for 30 minRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
