- large onion - 1 item
- stick softened margarine - 1 item
- cottage cheese or sour cream - 1 (12
- yellow corn meal mix, self-rising - 1 box
How to make broccoli corn bread:
Blend meal and margarine with a fork until crumbly, add beaten eggs, mix well; add other ingredients. Bake in a well-greased and floured pan that won't stick. Bake 45 minutes at 400°. (I use Teflon cake pan , 10-inch, sprayed with Pam and cook at 375° for 30 minutes. Just watch and test for doneness.)Recipe categories: Breads, Onions, Broccoli.
