- asparagus - 1 can
- hard-boiled eggs - 6 item
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- milk
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 tsp
How to make asparagus casserole:
Make white sauce of all ingredients, except asparagus and eggs. Alternate in casserole layers of asparagus, sliced eggs and white sauce. Top with sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in a 400° oven until brown.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
