How to make asparagus soup:

Cut off tough ends of asparagus and discard. Boil remainder in salted water until done (about 20 minutes). Pour contents in blender. Add butter and cream; blend for 2 minutes. No flour is needed, as blending thickens soup. Reheat and serve. Sprinkle
