Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- can pimento - 1 item
- can asparagus - 1 item
- eggs, hard-boiled - 3 item
- small box Velveeta - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Cheese Sauce:1 c. milk3 Tbsp. flour1/2 tsp. salt3 Tbsp. flour1 small box Velveeta Cheese Sauce: Add flour to melted butter. Add milk and cheese and cook until thick. Add salt.In casserole dish, put a layer of asparagus, layer of cheese sauce, layer of pimento, grated boiled eggs and a layer of cracker crumbs. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
