Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- large cans asparagus spears - 2 item
- stack crackers - 1 item
- Velveeta small box
How to make asparagus casserole:
Heat asparagus liquid; add margarine. Mix 1 cup water and flour. Pour slowly into boiling mixture. Stir; add cheese and melt. Make 3 layers of asparagus, crackers and nuts. Pour sauce over all layers. Sprinkle crackers and nuts on top. Bake at 475° until brown, about 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
