Ingredients/Components
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- almonds, slivered - 1/4 c
- can chopped asparagus, drained - 1 item
- bread crumbs or cracker crumbs to cover top before putting in oven - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Place drained asparagus on bottom of casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup, eggs and almonds together. Spread over the top of asparagus. Cook for 30 minutes at 400° in oven. Serves 4 people.Recipe categories: Asparagus, Main dish, Casseroles.
