Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 item
- to 2 cans asparagus - 1 item
- box frozen peas, not thawed - 1 item
- bread strips - 1 item
How to make asparagus casserole:
Layer asparagus, peas, soup and water chestnuts. Dip bread strips in melted butter. Place on top and cover with cheese. Cook for 30 minutes at 350°.From the recipe collection of Edna Maynard.
