- 5 oz
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- real mayonnaise - 1 c
- Wheat Thins - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Dice artichoke hearts into tiny pieces. Mix all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top should be brown. Serve with Wheat Thins.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
