  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
  • garlic salt to taste - 1 item
  • fresh grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • real mayonnaise - 1 c
  • Wheat Thins - 1 item

How to make artichoke dip:

Dice artichoke hearts into tiny pieces. Mix all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top should be brown. Serve with Wheat Thins.
