Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts - 1 oz
- raw eggs - 2 item
How to make artichoke balls:
Drain and mash artichokes. Add all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Make into small balls and roll in grated cheese. Heat until light brown in a 400° oven. Freeze well cooked or uncooked.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make, Vegetarian.
