  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1 item
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned bread crumbs - 1 c
  • can artichoke hearts - 1 oz
  • raw eggs - 2 item

How to make artichoke balls:

Drain and mash artichokes. Add all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Make into small balls and roll in grated cheese. Heat until light brown in a 400° oven. Freeze well cooked or uncooked.
