- diced dried apricots, packed - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- walnuts - 3/4 c
How to make apricot bread:
Soak apricots in water for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease and flour loaf pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter and egg until light and fluffy. Drain water from apricots; put inRecipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Time to make.
