- water - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- frozen cranberry orange relish, thawed - 1 (10
How to make cranberry orange loaf:
In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder , salt and baking soda. Cut in shortening until coarse crumbs. Combine egg, relish, nuts, orange juice and water. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
