Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- hot milk
- medium onion - 1/2 item
- Swiss cheese, cubed - 3/4 c
- medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly - 4 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Put milk, onion, cheese, flour and margarine in blender. Cover and process or grind until smooth. Layer half of potatoes in 2-quart casserole dish. Pour half of milk mixture over potatoes. Add remaining potatoes. Pour remaining milk mixture over top.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
