Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 stick
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- large apples, chopped - 2 item
How to make apple coffee cake:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add margarine and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture alternating with orange juice. Fold in apples. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Apple, Coffee cakes.
