Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- flour - 6 7
- water
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
How to make butter rolls:
Mix together first 3 ingredients, then crumble in yeast. Stir until dissolved. Add eggs and vegetable oil. Mix with spoon. Then add flour and mix by hand. Store in refrigerator until ready to bake.Grease top of dough. Cover with wet towel. Will keep for 4 days. Shape into rolls. Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
