Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- cans chili sauce - 2 oz
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
How to make appetizer meatballs:
Mix first 5 ingredients; make balls and brown in 350° oven. Put into slow cooker and add chili sauce, grape jelly and water. Cook on high for 1 hour and then on low for at least 2 hours. Can add 1 cup sour cream but not necessary.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
