Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- packed brown sugar
- salt - 2 3
- evaporated milk - 1 can
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- ketchup
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
- old-fashioned oats - 2 c
How to make appetizer meatballs:
Sauce:2 c. ketchup1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar1 tsp. liquid smoke1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 c. chopped onion Combine the first 10 ingredients; shape into 1 in. balls. Place in a single layer in a baking pan. Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350°F for 1 hr. Yield: 9 doz.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
