Ingredients/Components

sugar - 1 tsp
salt - 2 tsp
garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
oregano - 1 tsp
basil - 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
onions, chopped - 1 c
celery, chopped - 2 c
zucchini, chopped - 2 lb
Italian bulk sausage - 1 lb
small green peppers, cut small - 2 item
cans tomatoes 1 crushed, 1 whole - 2 oz

How to make zucchini soup:

Brown sausage, celery and onions; drain. Cook 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour. This can be made a day ahead. Serves 6 to 8 easily.
