Zucchini soup
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- onions, chopped - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 2 c
- zucchini, chopped - 2 lb
- Italian bulk sausage - 1 lb
- small green peppers, cut small - 2 item
- cans tomatoes 1 crushed, 1 whole - 2 oz
How to make zucchini soup:
Brown sausage, celery and onions; drain. Cook 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour. This can be made a day ahead. Serves 6 to 8 easily.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
