Ingredients/Components

sugar - 1 tsp
salt - 2 tsp
garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
chopped celery - 2 c
grated cheese - 1 item
oregano - 1/2 tsp
basil - 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
can tomato soup - 1 item
can water - 1 item
chopped zucchini - 4 c
Italian sausage - 1 lb
cans tomatoes - 2 oz
green and red peppers - 2 c
red wine optional or 1/2 c - 1 c

How to make zucchini soup:

Cook celery and sausage. Add rest of ingredients except peppers. Cook 20 minutes. Add peppers and cook 10 minutes longer. Serve with grated cheese on top; serve with warm bread. This is delicious.
