Zucchini soup
Ingredients/Components
- Italian sausage - 1 lb
- chopped celery - 1 c
- red wine or 1/2 c - 1 c
- chopped green or red peppers - 1 c
- chopped zucchini - 4 c
- cans tomatoes - 2 oz
- can tomato soup plus 1 can water - 1 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
How to make zucchini soup:
Cook celery and sausage. Add remaining items except peppers. Cook at least 20 minutes. Add peppers and cook 10 minutes. Serve with grated cheese on top and serve with hot bread.
