Ingredients/Components

  • bushel tomatoes - 1/2 item
  • sweet peppers - 3 item
  • sugar - 2 c
  • oregano - 3 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
  • cans tomato paste - 3 oz
  • medium onions, chopped fine - 6 item
  • bunch celery - 1 item
  • salt - 1/3 c
  • basil - 3 Tbsp
  • Italian seasoning - 2 Tbsp

How to make easy spaghetti sauce:

Combine all ingredients in a canner or large pot. Place, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 6 hours. This need not be checked during cooking. Can or freeze. Makes 10 quarts.
