Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Bisquick - 1/3 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- zucchini, shredded - 2 c
How to make zucchini rounds:
Mix Bisquick and cheese together. Add to beaten eggs and stir until moistened. Fold shredded zucchini into mixture. Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Drop 2 tablespoons of mixture for each round into skillet and cook 2 or 3 minutes on each side.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
