Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- few drops yellow food coloring - 1 item
- can unsweetened pineapple juice - 1 oz
- zucchini 16 c - 4 qt
- bottled lemon juice standard activity
How to make zucchini pineapple:
Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir frequently. While warm, fill freezer bags with pineapple and liquid. Seal and freeze. Fill hot jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
