Ingredients/Components
- can peach halves - 28 oz
- light brown sugar, firmly packed - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- cornflakes - 6 Tbsp
- Pennsylvania butter - 1 Tbsp
- Pennsylvania vanilla ice cream - 2 c
How to make peaches and cream:
Preheat oven to 375°. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Arrange, cut side up, in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Add reserved liquid. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Top each peach half with 1 tablespoon cornflakes and a dot of butter. Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Side dish.
