Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- oleo - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- mustard - 2 tsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- 2 c - 8 oz
- tube crescent rolls - 8 oz
- zucchini, thinly sliced - 4 c
- parsley or 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Cook and stir zucchini and onion in oleo for 10 minutes, then add parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Combine 2 beaten eggs and Mozzarella cheese and stir into zucchini mixture.
