Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- large eggs - 4 item
- Bisquick - 1 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- zucchini can substitute broccoli - 3 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered pie plate (12 inches) or an oblong dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/4-inch). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
