Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • large eggs - 4 item
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • zucchini can substitute broccoli - 3 c

How to make zucchini pie:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered pie plate (12 inches) or an oblong dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/4-inch). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
