Ingredients/Components
- zucchini, sliced thin and diced - 3 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- biscuit mix - 1 c
- large eggs - 4 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
How to make zucchini pie:
Mix together zucchini, onion and biscuit mix. Mix in eggs, oil, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper until zucchini is evenly coated. Pour into buttered 12-inch pie plate. Bake until golden.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
