Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 8 oz
- basil - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- egg beaten - 1 item
- tomatoes, crushed - 2 c
- flour to coat - 1 item
- small zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick - 3 item
- bread crumbs with seasonings - 1 c
- Seasonings: garlic salt
How to make zucchini parmesan:
Seasonings: garlic salt parsley pepper basil In oiled skillet, brown zucchini after coating with flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Put layer of zucchini in bottom of casserole dish. Follow with layer of tomatoes. Add layer of cheese. Add remaining bread crumbs on top. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
