  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • flour
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • baking soda
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • walnuts - 1 c

How to make zucchini nut bread:

Beat eggs; gradually add sugar and oil. Combine dry ingredients. Add to first mixture and alternate with zucchini. Stir in raisins, walnuts and vanilla. Use 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until done.
