  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 1 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix it up! Grease and flour loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
