  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini nut bread:

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and nuts. Set aside. Beat eggs slightly in a large bowl. Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Add dry ingredients. Stir only until moist. Spoon into 2 well-greas
