Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, oil, milk and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and beat 2 minutes. Then add zucchini and nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 2 regular size loaf pans. Grease and flour baking pans well. Keep refrigerated.
