Zucchini nut bread

Ingredients/Components

• plain flour - 3 c
• sugar
• baking powder
• salt - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
• oil - 2/3 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• peeled, grated zucchini - 2 c
• chopped pecans or walnuts optional - 1 c

How to make zucchini nut bread:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Sift dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into loaf pans. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
