Ingredients/Components
- white sugar - 4 c
- zucchini, grated and peeled
- oranges, squeezed save peel - 2 item
How to make zucchini jam:
Stir and let set overnight. Next day, add 1 grated peel. Add 1 lemon. Boil about 15 minutes or until thick. Pour into jars and seal.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
