  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • water - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • plain flour
  • raisins - 1 c
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • well drained pumpkin - 2 c

How to make pumpkin cake:

Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix dry ingredients first, then add other ingredients, one at a time. Stir or mix well after each addition. Bake for 1 hour at 325° or until top springs back when pushed down. Keeps well if wrapped in foil.
