Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- cooking oil - 1 c
- plain flour
- raisins - 1 c
- white sugar - 2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- well drained pumpkin - 2 c
How to make pumpkin cake:
Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix dry ingredients first, then add other ingredients, one at a time. Stir or mix well after each addition. Bake for 1 hour at 325° or until top springs back when pushed down. Keeps well if wrapped in foil.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Vegetables.
