Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- crushed pineapple and juice - 1 c
- box Sure-Jell - 1 item
- box Jell-O any flavor - 1 oz
- peeled, seeded and ground zucchini - 6 c
How to make zucchini jam:
Put zucchini, sugar, lemon juice and pineapple in 8 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Add Jell-O and Sure-Jell. Boil 1 minute. Put in jars. Cover with wax.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
