Cinnamon zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- zucchini, peeled and grated - 2 c
- nuts black walnuts - 1 c
How to make cinnamon zucchini bread:
Mix together first five ingredients. Sift together remaining five ingredients (except nuts). Add dry ingredients to zucchini batter. Mix. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Add nuts to the batter. Divide batter evenly into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325° for one hour. Cool 10 minutes on rack. Turn out of pans. Cool completely and refrigerate.
