  • chopped dates - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • beaten eggs - 3 item
  • soft margarine - 1/2 c
  • soft cream cheese - 3 oz

How to make zucchini date cake:

Frosting:2 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. soft margarine3 oz. soft cream cheese Combine ingredients in order given. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes. Frost when cool.
