Ingredients/Components
- vanilla
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar
- Crisco, melted - 1/4 c
How to make chocolate frosting:
Combine melted Crisco, cocoa and salt. Then add milk and vanilla. Mix in sugar in 3 parts. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add more sugar to thicken or milk to thin, if needed, for good spreading to consistency.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
