- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- chopped zucchini - 2 c
- Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini; mix well
How to make zucchini chocolate cake:
Cream margarine, cooking oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini; mix well. Sift dry ingredients together; add to sugar-egg mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 8 x 11-inch pan. Bake in 325° oven for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.Frosting:1/2 c. margarine6 Tbsp. milk1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts In a small saucepan, bring milk and margarine to a boil.
