Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- thinly sliced zucchini - 6 c
- strips bacon, cut in small pieces - 3 item
- sliced fresh or canned tomatoes - 1 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Fry bacon; add zucchini. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
