  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 6 c
  • strips bacon, cut in small pieces - 3 item
  • sliced fresh or canned tomatoes - 1 c

How to make zucchini casserole:

Fry bacon; add zucchini. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375°.
