Banana pudding cake
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- to 2 small ripe bananas - 1 item
- 2 layer yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- 4 serving size Jell-O Brand banana cream or vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
How to make banana pudding cake:
Slice bananas into large mixer bowl; beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients. Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes. Remove from the pan; finish cooling on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired. Cake can be baked in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 50 to 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
