Pecan kisses
Ingredients/Components
- egg whites - 2 item
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- sifted powdered sugar - 2 c
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pecans
How to make pecan kisses:
Beat egg whites with salt until peak forms. Gradually beat in sugar, vinegar and vanilla. Continue beating until very stiff. Fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 15 or 20 minutes or until firm. You may add food colorings for different seasons of the year.Recipe categories: Desserts, Egg, Candy.
