Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded carrot - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cooked zucchini - 6 c
- box Stove Top dressing chicken - 1 oz
How to make zucchini casserole:
Parboil zucchini, onion and carrot for 5 minutes. Drain; mix soup, sour cream, onion and melted butter. Add all to package from dressing. Put in casserole. Can add chunks of chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
