Pistachio bread

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• eggs - 4 item
• sour cream - 1 c
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• water - 1/4 c
• oil - 1/4 c
• box butter cake mix - 1 item
• box small pistachio pudding instant - 1 item

How to make pistachio bread:

Mix first 6 ingredients and set aside. Then mix remaining ingredients. Grease 2 loaf pans. Put 1/4 of cake mixture on bottom of each pan, then add 1/4 cinnamon mixture, 1/4 cake mixture and top with rest of cinnamon mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
