Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- grated carrots - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- croutons - 1 c
- large zucchini - 3 item
- grated onions - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Boil zucchini, do not overcook. Saute carrots and onion in butter. Add soup and sour cream to heat. Add zucchini and 1/2 croutons. Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Put in remaining croutons on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
