Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped onions - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- shredded zucchini - 6 c
- shredded raw carrots - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini and onions in boiling and salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Fold in onions and zucchini. Add raw carrots. Mix stuffing with butter. Spread 1/2 in a 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Spoon in vegetable mixture. OnRecipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
