Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- oleo, melted - 3/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- zucchini - 2 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini and onion until tender. Combine mushroom soup (golden) and sour cream. Stir in carrots and add zucchini and onion. With fork, mix melted butter and stuffing. Spread 2/3 of stuffing in 7 x 11-inch pan lightly greased. Spoon mixture over the top. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture over all.
