Ingredients/Components

  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Combine all ingredients except zucchini. Mix well. Stir in zucchini. Spread evenly in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
