Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- zucchini about 6 - 4 c
- can chopped green chiles with liquid - 1 item
- toasted bread crumbs 3 to 4 slices
How to make zucchini casserole:
Peel zucchini and cut into pieces. Chop onion and boil with zucchini until cooked. Drain. Add all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Toast bread crumbs and crumble over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
